How the promotion and billing work

Your paid plan and billing account stay in place throughout the promotion. A 100% credit covers the subscription fee for the 12-month promotional period—not a separate free plan.

Your promotion end date and first paid billing date are confirmed in your agreement. Billing starts from month 13 at your agreed rate after you authorise paid continuation. No charge without your approval.

Rewards are included across Starter, Growth and Pro, with different limits. Social connection configuration is available on Growth and Pro; publishing requires separate provider and destination approval. Payment gateway configuration does not itself activate live settlement.

Your plan stays in place. Confirm your promotion each month. Subscription fees are covered for 12 months from operational launch.

Customer payments stay separate. A provider-connected merchant relationship and payment confirmation are required before settlement can be claimed. Cafenity bills your subscription separately.

Choosing a plan starts your setup journey. It does not charge you or activate access.
